Moved recently from a boutique brokerage to eXp here in New Zealand. This has allowed me to more fully develop my own identity "Smart Sale Real Estate" while at the same time greatly improving my commission split. One thing I wasn't truely aware of is how much of the administration they were taking care of behind the scenes. That said I am still well ahead and am enjoy the next stage of my career. By the way, I watched the video to the end

Hey man! I'm commenting on this video because it's your latest. But I found your video on using RPR, and I didn't see any information about creating a price evaluation report on a property, years back. Do you know if RPR is capable of doing this? Thank you!
I have seen sellers break listings agreements then resign when the agent leaves. Agents should not initiate this , but many sellers will make that decision
It's interesting to hear your perspective on this matter. The dynamics of real estate transactions can vary greatly, and the decision to break a listing agreement and then re-sign with a new agent can result from various factors. It's important for agents and sellers to maintain clear communication and follow ethical guidelines when it comes to such situations.
