How To Take a Blood Pressure Measurement using an Omron UltraSilent BP Monitor 

Video shows cuff on right arm. Instructions say to place on left arm.

How does the pressure monitor know the right height? What kind of sensor measures it?

I bought the model elite 6230. But I followed the instructions and my showed in the screen that high blood pressure was very high. Later on I took my pressure with the regular monitor and my pressure was normal. I don’t know . How it is monitor works.

How does one take the BP reading with this wrist cuff while standing? Do you have to elevate your arm to heart height?

Constantly around 95/60 with the wrist monitor, but 120/60 at the doctor's office.

they don't say weather to take measurement with your hand have opened or slightly opened etc

I purchased HEM-6232T two weeks back, and it is frustatingly hard to use. I tried it on 3 members (2 in the mid 30s, and 1 in mid 60s) of my family and not one reading is normal. Reached out to customer service and they gave a whole bunch of instructions and reason why BP might be low. I wish I had got the normal BP monitor (I have two which we used to use but stopped working) where you could put the sleeve around your biceps. The product itself is well built just that at this point I have not got any accurate readings.

What model number is this?

6350 model is garbage. It never showed a correct number even once. And I got 2 of them, because I thought the first one was faulty. It just cannot pump enough air on 2 batteries. But it has Bluetooth even though it is useless.
