Hi Dr Kishore.This is an inhouse brand of facebow at Illusion Dental.You can contact the Illusion office for more info on this.It also has a compatible semi adjustable articulator..

Please, facebow record for fully edentulous , how do we keep the maxilary rim stable? We are having such a difficulty because patients are all seniors and very hard to cooperate.

For edentulous patients if the tissue trimming is fine,you should get good retention.If for any reason,you do not get good stability use some denture adhesive..that should help

Hello Dr Girish Khandelwal, Cantilevers should be avoided for sure while replacing missing teeth.They cause unde forces on abutment teethand also on the prosthesis which may lead to complications,so better to avoid it.There could be some clinical situations where cantilevers may be ok to give,but widely its better to avoid..
