Hello sir, Very informative. But in theory there are two school of thoughts related to this. Can you send me some cited articles link showing strong proof that it is effective in causing less pain and more effective in anesthesia efficacy. Thank you

Yes Dr Milan Kumar..it can be done with any disposable syringe too .

Sodac injection comes in 25 ml ampoule.......do i have to discard it after single injection?

@5 ml can be used over time. Once you load the syringe then use it immediately

Hello,It can be done with a normal syringe also.Just follow the dilution factor and fill the bicarbonate accordingly

hi Dr mahesh, this is a good video.. There is a dedicated product available on the market NOT IN INDIA but in USA named On pharma.. it has go in cartridge in controlled manner.. check it out

HI Dr Sanket. Yes i aware of Onpharma. The cost is unreal.!!! Obviously it has metered doses but economics is the major concern. Also, availability is the other factor.
