Hello doc. Can you please answer this question because I keep on overthinking because of my Past Ptb and yes I finish 6mos of treatment and undergi sputum and it turns negative. After 2mos I go to my Private Pulmonologist because I had a cough again and I feel like my left side of lung is like theres producing sound when I'm inhale he said it was only a scar when he look on my xray and then he gave only antibiotic for me for only 7days then I got cured. After how many months I got Xray again because I kept on overthink then it says there Considered Ptb with Cavitary formation in the right. So I went to my Private Pulmonologist again he look my two xrays then he said It was only a scars. I dont know but theres a sound in my left chest when Im inhaling and It was so uncomfortable. Sir, my sgpt increased to 266 after tb medicines and than my doctor prescribed me ursocol 300 twice a day and kept tb medicines continued after one week it dropped to 235 and he stopped the tb medicines for 1 week but after 1 week of stopping the medicines it again increased to 263. Sir is it normal to increase sgpt sgot even after you stop tb medicines? All my liver functions test except sgot and sgpt are still normal. Sgpt sgot were also normal before tb meicines.
