Great vid, though a bit disturbing that the founder isn't able to do basic multiplication to figure out her TAM :) I particularly liked Ed's frank advice on how *not* to dilute the value proposition also. 100% agree with the advice and being blunt about it. It's the best way for the message to sink in.
