How to tell if your ex has moved on or not  

What about the opposite? Your ex thinks you may have moved on? What if you did no contact SO well that they are afraid to reach out b/c they think you might reject them? How to get them to reach out if they have a history of fearing rejection & hiding?

What about fearful avoidants?

So my ex just broke up with her now, and after 2 years I'm unblocked on social media outlets whats this mean .... I dont search her media content

She said she lost feelings and would never be able to regain them…. Soooooo yeah
