There are many reasons for an engine to overheat, including faulty thermostat, blocked radiator, loose fan belt, blown head gasket or a myriad of other reasons.
Have you checked your water pump - not just for a noisy bearing or the mechanical seal leaking, but also testing the impeller integrity? How do we do that without x-ray vision?
Here is a simple test to prove that the water pump is working correctly and circulating the coolant efficiently.
