In this video I explain and demonstrate how to adjust the RPMs of any walk-behind blower.
It is important that you stay around 3600 RPMs as this is what most small engines (regardless of horsepower) are designed to run at. To make sure, you can also check the owners manual for your engine.
If the idol RPM needs to be adjusted, it's important to do this before adjusting the max RPM of your engine as doing at after could affect the max RPM.
