This quick video shows you how to thread a classic Singer 15-91 sewing machine. Thank you for watching. This video was made with a Sanyo Xacti video recorder and uploaded through my iPhone
Love how you show CLEAR CLOSE UP pictures, it makes threading so easy, I find myself going back to your channel. I am a proud owner of Singer Featherweights (3) two 221's, one 222. Three table tops: one 15-91, Two 201-2's. All in mint, or near mint condition, and I sew with them all the time. I also own a Janome 15000, they are such different worlds of machines. Thank you again, keep posting great help video pictures, like these.
i just got a 15-91, oiled it up and read the directions. top part threaded, no problem.. bottom part bobbin.. good.. even up through the hole. but when itry to sew it bunches up at the bottom, and then the machine stops and there is buncha thread in the bobbin housing... i know im "engineer minded" but somehow, it's not sewing..suggestions? thx
I have the same issue, actually after sewing without problems for a while. After reading the manual and looking at RU-vid, I've found that people thread it differently, interchanging steps 3 and 4. There doesn't seem to be a consensus.
