How To Throw Boxing Body-Shield Combo | Boxing Tutorial 

In this video coaches Henry & G of Final Round Training demonstrate a combination that you can do when using the body shield. This is a great piece of equipment to mix in to your pad work training. Punching the shield helps the fighter feel what is like to punch an actual body.
Punching the pads and a body shield feel very different. The shield provides a more realistic feel which will apply well to live fights in the ring or cage.
