The Drill Down Drill is a simple drill taught in the Throwing Chain Reaction™️ System, designed to teach the Thrower how to understand the timing and force that is generated during delivery by staying in contact with the ground and working the delivery side, out, around and past the block side into the throw

when a thrower comes off the ground or elevates up into the air early during delivery, the delivery side is unable to move into the throw correctly!‼️.
