Yep. They also have the structure of interlinked overhand knots. It's almost amazing how many knots are based on the overhand. You wouldn't think that there are so many ways to put the simple overhand knot together. Thanks for stopping by again. I always appreciate your input.

Yes. With two strands it Is the same knot. Known as the double connection knot in Asian style knotting.
