Oh my goodness I managed to get the washing machine working with your help. I am 62 and a above the knees amputee. So it took a while to do, as you can understand I sat on the floor to pull the machine out. Then I managed to follow the instructions. It is 5.00am as I could not sleep So thank you so much 💓

Some of those samsung machines have a dedicated buttom "My Cycle" to set your favorite settings. But is there a way to change start default cycle on machines like this one which do not have that button?

Sounds a bit like the other a bit like the other samsung where every now and then it freezes at the start or mid cycle, and sometimes, pressing pause and then start again makes it go, or i have to unplug it for 24 hours. If this sounds like yours. It's a main board fault. But if it is not a inverter model it could be the brushes on the motor worn down.
Clean the hoses.. i bought multiple washers with the same problem for a few euro's, cleaned the dirty hose towards the drum (Just blew the sludge with my mouth) and problem is gone
I just need an advice my washing machine is jst like urs in the video 10kg and it has error 3e the drum stops moving all of a sudden sometimes I pause it for a while and it starts working again once I resume no one can detect the error they say it's either the motor or the pc but I don't want to change both so please help me out on this what is defected?
@@whichwasher2007 it works perfectly fine all of a sudden gets stuck and then does nothing it.It gets stuck on any cycle might be at spinning rinsing or any but once it gets stuck I need to pause it and start back again it works and then after a while stucks again.. So shall I change the motor or look for a pcb electrician to check or fix it?
Motor will be fine. It sounds like the motor relay switch on the PCB. I have a video of mine doing it somewhere on here. I think the video is called 'my dodgy Samsung' where I did the same as you. Had to pause and then start to resume cycle.
Control display locked out. Video allready on this channel. Search 'Samsung Child lock'. Door locked and will not open after cycle. Could be 1 of many faults.

My one is 3y old and stops spining after washing... filter and drine pipe cleaned, washmashine calibrated. I tried to change load many times... Spinning in test mode works well. What could be the problem?
Dose it complete the spin cycle on spin only with no washing in. If it's still going round but woant do the fast spin cycle (even with no load in) then could be a faulty motor or control board.
Hello, i have a samsung ecobubble vrt plus 8kg washing machine, the machine in test mode can spin with clothes but, the normal program don't spinning, i have changed the pump but not helped to me anyway i think there is a sensor for the weight or to be balanced the drum

Our Samsung eco bubble stops 1minute into the cycle and will only start again if I hit pause and then start, again let's water in does a spin of the washing then stops again like it's waiting for something, then if I hit pause and start again it will do the same thing. Now I can't stand and push the pause and start the entire time. I've cleaned the filter and water pipe at the bottom. What else can I do? There is no error code on the machine

Not exactly a motor error, inverter motors almost never break and it would show 3E error in that case, here it's most likely motor control chip on the board. Which always cooks itself under that thick silicon resin every 2-3 years.

we have problem with a sertun program and we start hearing something like tiking fast when the drum starts to turn again, but on fast spinning spooling we hear nothing...and now it wont start turning when it koms to that pount.. looks like something is lois or needs repair inside ..we dont know ..maybe you can tell what it can be ?

Door on motor best washing motor directed to the nearest server centre, where they test the motor for motoring offences. To the bestest motor on the washing direct drive machine 👍🏼. Hope that helps any other questions just let me know happy to help 😊.

I re do the troubleshooting mode test after a while, spin+soit level+power, sping mode works, on the mode E5E, i got a sound, what really mean test mod? Tks à lot
The 10 year warranty is for the motor itself. But the control boards on these are rubbish. I have another Samsung that has a board issue that dose not send a signal to the motor every 5th cycle or so.
