What a beautiful dog, she was having a blast. I loved her play bows and victory laps. She probably didn’t even know she was having a training session! Well done Ivan, you continue to make a new pillar in dog training. I love all the content you come out with, really inspirational.

LOL Ivan my wife thought I was having a seizure when she came home to this music on. I have a female MAL that could totally benefit from this kind of play with the dumbell and whip!!! GREAT video Ivan!!

She really was having fun.. Great video to watch and learn from. Just wish we could hear his commands as well. How do u teach your dog to jump over.. think mine would cheat and go around..lol.. Of course if it was a solid wall he would jump over..

I just do not see where the fun is for the dog.. being constantly pulled on his collar or leash. Retrieving, jumping and tearing with a whip?! All of this could be done in a lot calmer, friendly atmosphere. Malis are intelligent dogs, why not guiding them by optic or verbal signals? Let him do some brain work, let him use his nose!

I don’t think you have understanding of what is going on. I’m not even sure if it will be worth explaining the reasons behind the training here. Every dog doesn't have to live the exact life you have in your head, Nina. Human society is full of the same exact thing so it should be easy for you to understand. Some humans enjoy reading and will read hundreds of books a year. Some humans like tanning on the beach. Some humans like contact sports, boxing, shooting, swimming, video games, crafting, art, music, etc. Try telling a college fratboy wrestler on the football team that he should instead be enjoying more calm and peaceful activities like drinking tea and meditating. That's what you're doing here. Hope you learned something about different dog breeds and individuals having different predispositions leading to different interpretations of what is fun, engaging, interesting, etc.

Did we even watch the same video!? The dog literally played and had fun the entire time. She loved every minute of this and didn't even realize she was learning important stuff.
