A nice training regime for developing long-term muscle memory quickly.
A lot of people ask me how I can play so many games and characters and pick them up so quickly. Well it's for a lot of reasons, but this is one of them lol.
One thing to keep in mind about muscle memory is how it doesn't matter how many times you breeze up and down a set of stairs, you'll still trip on 'em every once in a while.
