Hi Michael. I work out every day at home. I work on my dribbling and skills every day. But I can't play on the field as beautifully and meaningfully as I would like. And my self-confidence and interest are decreasing from to game to game. Please advise🙏
If your interest is decreasing game to game you have a bigger problem. It doesn't matter how bad I perform, Im still gonna play again. And also no one plays as they really want to, or we would all be professionals 😂

Stretch, get the blood flowing (like cycling, walking or very light jog) eat plenty of protein, carbohydrates, vegetables & fruits and hydrate. Take an Epsom salt bath if you’re particularly sore to help relax muscles and aid recovery 👍

I don't have access to a pitch or ground which support football ⚽ im stuck with rough concrete and it is very hard and a danger to me i only get access to a 5 aside pitch during academy training and i cant stayback and do personal training please tell me what i cand do
I’d recommend every player start by learning how to juggle. It will help you understand the ball a lot better. I have beginner juggling tutorials on the channel if you need them 👍
This is great, I tend to train with minimal equipment and I often find that I just don’t have a set routine I just end up doing a couple dribbles and shots, so this is great as it gives me a good idea of what I can do. Appreciate this Michael.

@@VectorYyyydse Use your online resources to research how professional players train, eat and recover. Make these things a priority in your schedule (the same importance you give to studies etc) And most importantly, get yourself on a team in your area, strive to become one of the best players on your team, then network, get yourself on a better team, and repeat the process. Eventually if you’re at the level, and have been fortunate with your connections, you might find opportunity in a higher league perhaps even overseas.
If you focus more on on the joy that football brings, you won’t want to quit. Playing professionally shouldn’t be the only reason you play. Enjoy it 👍⚽️
