Yeah it’s still possible, best thing you can do is use iCloud like connect your old phone to iCloud and let the photos sync to iCloud and then on your new phone. They will automatically pop up as long as you’re signed into iCloud on your new phone to.
Jamie, what is the procedure if you buy the iPhone 14 direct from Apple with all its preloaded apps? I will want to do a direct transfer of all from my iPhone X. Any chance you can do a video demonstrating that? Also, if I don’t remove the old SIM card, what will happen? Thanks!!
Right now I only have one iPhone so I can't demonstrate right now, but that's how I buy mine directly from apple. You can still do the normal transfer, and the sim card can just be moved over to your new iPhone, if you leave it in the old sim card then I would imagine your old phone will still receive calls and texts like normal unless you deactivate the sim card, but mine has an esim which is the latest version iphone 14, once it activated my new phone as an esim it automatically transferred to activate the new iphone 14 for service and the old sim in the old phone won't work then. but I removed the old one anyway because I use the apple trade in program and I traded my old phone in

Gosh, mine keeps saying "Time remaining: estimating..." for like 5 hours now and the bar is still super empty though our internet is fast. :( Is it because of that the total app and data files ar 110GB?
