I have one query , i left my job 10 days ago and currently my date of exit is not updated and HR is saying they will update it in 2 months . Meanwhile, can i transfer my old pfs to recent pf account OR should i wait till my recent employer updates my Date of exit ? ( I am not joining any other company now ) . Could you please help
You can initiate a PF transfer request if date of exit is updated in previous employer. Just make sure you initiate full and final PF withdrawal withdrawal only after such transfer.
Great video. I have one query though: how to transfer if there's no current employer (already left job) or how to do the attestation if you"re not working anymore? will really appreciate your response.
You can follow the same process for PF transfer as in most of the cases you need not to approach any employer as they will have to take action on their own.

Service book is showing all 3 employment companies with Date of leaving. One member one EPF is showing my recent establishment as present employer just after my personal details. Attestation previous & present both are showing and can select any one option. When using UAN no. And clicking on get details it doesn't show establishment selection tab. I want to transfer most earlier to my recent establishment. But only my most recent establishment is showing in detailed view in which I want the pf. Plz help

Hi, I have few queries regarding transfer of the old PF to the new PF account. My last work was in the year 2022 as I'm not working currently. So what option needs to be chosen in the first step while applying for it? Previous employer or Present employer? Also in one of the companies my DOE shows NA what needs to be done for that?

I also have one question- Can I claim my PF amount if I am currently working and my current company DOE is not mentioned? And do I have to use Form-31 or Form-19 for that. I have transferred/merged all my old company pf amount with my current PF establishment where I am working and it is accepted by the field office and updated in the pass book as well. I have done all this by watching your videos and I thank u soo much for sharing your knowledge and helping everyone🙏🏻❤️
Thank you. I was able transfer my old balance after resignation with the new employer. It’s still pending. I have done it today only. Let’s see. Hope it gets transferred
Hello Sir, thanks for this informative video. For my case the issue is, I can't select the present Employer option for PF transfer. In my 1st employer PF used to maintain by trust, but that was settled by my 2nd employer. Then why the present Employer option isn't available?
PF transfer settled, Balance reduced in old PF ACs but not reflecting one ACs balance in new PF even after a month of status showing settled Is it normal shall I wait or I need to do something?
Chankit ji you can raise a grievance on EPFO portal regarding this PF transfer. In some cases it may take up to 45 days to reflect PF transfer entries in latest PF account.

Cases have been disposed with the remark "it will be resolved soon" but with no timelines To inform you, PF which I'm trying to transfer has overlapping service of 3 months with other company due to some error. I raised both transfer claim together and both got settled However, this one not is reflecting in current passbook.. Can it be because of overlapping service?

Hi Tax Guru, I had submitted transfer request 2 times but got rejected with reason 1. Please Update Service History 2. Father's Name differs. I have cross verified these details in EPFO Service History and Father's details in Aadhar and EPFO site both are same but still they are giving this reason. can you guide me what to do to resolve this.

Hello Sir! I am not working at the moment, but I wish to transfer the money to my latest employer in order to withdraw it later on. So in this situation should I consider my last employer to be my current employer and complete the process? Or is there a different process to follow as I have 3 memeber IDs. When I select the accounts to be transferred, should I select only the first 2 oldest accounts leaving the last one assuming it is my current employer? (Although I'm not currently employed) Pls help sir
Yes lakshmi ji same case has been covered in this video. You have to transfer all your PF balances to the last employer PF account and after transfer you can proceed for full and final PF withdrawal through form 19 and pension withdrawal with form 10C.
@@TaxGuruJi transfer claim rejected remarks is while processing calim members id displayed blank and Father name is differ lekin mearay detail correct hai mera father ka name be correct hai form 13 may display hora hai puara details correct hai as per adhaar meray father ka name be correct hai lekin field officer nay rejected kar di remark father names different

I have 2 doubts a) The KYC screen is not showing Aadhar b) I am presently working in the same company where i worked before my last company . So in this case i have to do online transfer of PF account or from Company ?
You can not withdraw pension amount while your employement is active anywhere as per UAN details. You can claim pension through form 10C if you have left your job permanantly and not joined anywhere else.
