Thanks alot Sir, this was very helpful. "Ask for role instead of a title", "attending workshops and seminars" and "You'll learn to swim when you're pushed into the water" these 3 key points are too good.
I am glad you found it helpful. I created it impromptu, that is, one single take, no editing at all in this video. If any other things come to my mind, I will share later.
Thank you so much sir i've been looking for the Qualities which a upcoming team Lead should have and i found this video to be helpful. I wish you reach large audience and Inspire more people.
Thank you sir for this video. I got selected to anchor a small team for the first time, which I am a bit hesitant about. Really liked your message "to make use of the opportunity and learn". Very inspiring and motivating.
Transition Technical Lead to project manager role is daunting task it would be great make understand us for difficulties or challenges for the first time project manager and practical challenges involved
Thank you so much! If everything goes fine at my tomorrow's interview, and I'm also nervous because even that I have some experience with small teams, I still don't feel ready, but I will take the chance!
Feel motivated after your video since I got this role and I am really worried that if I failed to do so what will I do though I am confident about myself. When the opportunity knocks at your door then you have to give a try with effort and add the same in your journey.
What if you are senior engineer and want to get promotion, but don't want to lead teams? Can you go directly to principal engineer? I'm introvert and don't like to manage people and would prefer working individually, but I have no issues following orders too. What would you advise? Please reply, thanks
Hello sir... I am a mechanical engg with a gap of 3 years after graduation and I want to switch my career in IT industry.. I have been learning about these bootcamps with ISA module promising min 5lakh LPA with mentorship (later we pay 3,00,000 through ISA).. just wanted to know from you 1) what do you think about these bootcamps...are they worth it.? 2) Is the probability of we self learning and landing in jobs above 5-6 LPA very less in my case ?
I have 10-years experience in development. I am working in small company with good benefits but not getting promotion. We don't have 2 team lead position in my company because of that my career growth has stuck. Please suggest me what should I do ?
