This is the house of a customer and I do not tell people to shut off their televisions, nor would I even ask someone to that. I am working in their house to produce for them and I do not have the right or the nerve to ask them to shut off the television even though they put it on and walked away from it. Someone sent me a note telling me that it was unprofessional; I disagree. It would be unprofessional to tell them or suggest they shut it off.
