Actually everything shown in the video is one product, the "Gillette Proglide Styler" I'd recommend purchasing one, It'll help you save a lot of space in your bathroom that would normally be spent on beard maintenance devices.

Hi Abdul, good point! Some guys trim their beard just for that reason. It’s easy to take it all the way down but you need the right tools and technique to keep a consistent trimmed look.

It was because he was just trying to maintain what he had. There are some other videos like the beard royal or how to shave a goatee. Check those videos and see if they help you. Hope this helps.

Don't trim your beard after a shower, ever. That's when you shave because the skin and the hair are softer. If you trim a moist beard, I can guarantee you're not going to like the result once it's dry.

Gillette - when combing the hair before trimming, is it best to comb 'with the grain' or 'against the grain' for the actual trim?

The combing is mainly to detangle knots so just do it in the direction that's most comfortable for you.

Have you tried using Fusion5 blades with your All Purpose STYLER? You can turn the razor blade around to use the Precision Edging blade. When you attach the fushion proglide manual blade, the head of handle opens up do you find there are many hair stuck there? How do you clear it?

What do you mean by tap it on the sink? Is it possible to use cold tap water to wash the part? The rotating mechanism is inside too so I wonder if water will seep inside to the inner the body to the battery part. Thanks

We don't recommend tapping your razor on the sink to clean it. Yes, you can use cold water and the Gillette Styler is water proof - you can even use it in the shower.

Hi Jason, we have an update here - turning the power button on while shaving emits micropulses that improve glide while shaving. It's not required but certainly is recommended. Totally up to you! If you want to leave the chin alone, that’s ok. You could also wait a couple days and try trimming when the hair is longer.

I'm a bit confused. What's the attachment to GO SHORTER, to get the closest to your skin. 1 or 3?

You can try trimming after a hot shower, that way the hairs will be softer and easier to cut.

I find it better to do the trimming before a shower. I trim my beard and my head with same trimmer, works just fine. Then, after everything is clean and fresh. Without gel, foam or soap, with just water, preferably warm. Shave with a two blade one time use cheap razor, Gillette, Bic or whatever else i've got. Those things do their job more that once, and if i get irritating skin i just change for a new one.

fyi.. been shavin my mug 40+ and dome 20+. If you don't care for expensive shave gel; Suave Hair Conditioner for a $1.25 gives a smooth shave. Seriously, give it a shot.
