I love brussel sprouts . I boil them till they start to get fork tender. Then make a 2 cups vegie stock make a rue then add 2 or 3 cups of cheese the kind you like. Put brussel sprouts in to a olive oil greased baking pan. Then add the sprouts pour in the rue bake until brown on top that's how I got my child to love brussel sprouts

or instead of candy beats I make candied brussel sprouts have them with ham and potatoes
