How to unlock your paypal business account with a US LLC for non US resident ? 

When registering, I signed up for a Business PayPal, but for SSN we used EIN and now I received an email from PayPal that I need to update the information because it does not match the data with the IRS. They are asking me to send them a W-9, but there is also an option to send a W-8. I assume it’s better to send a W-8 along with an explanation that I registered a PayPal business for LLC and used EIN thinking it was okay? I registered a business PayPal in 2021 for my foreign-owned single-member LLC, and I am not a US resident, have never been to the USA, and do not have a green card. Do you have any experience with this or any advice?
