Me and my uncle got his 310sg backhoe stuck one time what we did was pick up on the back end with the boom and use the extendahoe to reach a few feet out and retract it wonce it was in the ground while i had it in reverse in lock 4wd and curled the bucket to help push we had to do it for probably 20-20ft but it worked but man did it cut some ruts.
I see one major problem here... You seem to have a 32oz drink in a 24oz cup holder. Your just making things harder on yourself with that kind of reckless behavior.
That is not how you do it you should place the front bucket on the ground lift the rear end up on the the dipper and as you push forward tilt the front bucket forwards and the machine will walk forwards .
In his defense, this is how I have gotten machines unstuck many times by operators including myself in similar fashion. Deciding whether I use the bucket to "walk it" out or as a "sled" depends on the conditions of the soil it is stuck in; if it is a clay soil with superfine particle size and low silicate it tends to have a strong surface bonding or tension strength, and you will probably have to walk it out. On the other hand, I have extracted machines in clay soils higher in silicates that would shear like grease allowing me to just set the bucket like a sled. Every situation just simply takes the operator to stop and evaluate the conditions instead of just acting. One significant difference I will point out is that I almost always use my outriggers to prevent me from backsliding in muck, it is slower but I find I don't have to go through as many movement cycles as other operators reducing wear and tear on the machines. Everybody has their own approach which I don't criticize as long as they extricate themselves or tear up the machine since I get the privilege of resolving the situation in the end regardless of the "how". I believe the best operators are able to set their pride aside ask for advice or assistance before the machine is truly buried or damaged and I have to take over. These operators that aren't embarrassed to seek advice and learn in the process become some of the best out there. Don't let your pride overwhelm your judgement; that is the making of an operator I won't keep since they make my life more difficult and are not open to learning from their experiences. I learned the hard way long ago, having overstated my experience to get a job in the seat, and subsequently getting my machine quagmired pretty quickly; it was quite a humbling experience I keep in mind when operators run into trouble and I am called out.
