Let's analyse the video again, 1:18 Alex is spinning and cathching the all while his right foot is pivoting, it is indeed his pivot foot, then Alex put his left foot down the floor and lift up his pivot foot which is totally fine, finally, he step his right foot back onto the floor to jump shoot still holding the ball in his hand, then it do is a travel according to basktball rules.
So.... I know they dont call but some of those are technically travels. You established a pivot and then put two feet down unsimultanously as you shoot.
