So I am 50 years young, and you're officially one of my glow-up nieces. I love getting perspective from you, and it's always so spot on. The DND is 🙌 I am working on me at this big age, and you are so inspiring. ❤

So it's funny you talk about doing a day as your higher self in a place where you see yourself. I have a favorite city that I'm absolutely in love with and been wanting to move to for a while. Last year I did what you said. I booked a nice luxury BNB apartment in this city for SEVEN days. When I got there, I unpacked, cleaned the place to my liking, and put everything away as if I lived there. I got a rental car and later went to the store and purchased a few groceries as the BNB came with dishes and cookware. I would prepare my own food, occasionally watch TV, and at the end of each night, I would sit outside on the courtyard balcony of my apartment and journal. It was so peaceful and pure perfection. I felt amazing and the energy was amazing! I have always felt like my best self whenever I'm in this city. It's like I get this major jolt of energy when I'm there! I was really embodying living there. It felt like this was my own place and I remember saying in my journal "today is a visit, tomorrow its home." That was June 2023. Fast-forward to today, March of 2024, I will now be officially moving into my new home in the city where my heart resides next week! 😊 This is truly a powerful manifestation! Your video on changing your environment is so timely as I am now embarking on the biggest move of my life and I am so excited! I know this is indeed oh so necessary for my glow up and I can't wait to see all the amazing things that are in store for me there! Thank you for being one of my biggest inspirations! ❤

Traveling solo and doing solo staycations always recharges me and connects me to my higher self. Its so liberating❤

You’ve helped me so much already Jaz! I just joined a spa membership where I put $250 a month away in my spa savings account for things like facials, Botox, filler, laser, peels. I bought an under desk treadmill so I can walk while I work and be more active and I joined a massage membership for $70 a month for my self care. I think all of these things are going to help me pour into myself and I’m so happy and excited!! ❤

This is so spot on and timely for me! I’m on a weight loss journey (again). I gained back 40 lbs i lost in the pandemic bc of a toxic situation and a friendship breakup. I did change my environment in summer of 2023 by moving to a better apartment after getting a good 9-5 job. Now, around this time next year, i will be preparing to leave the state i currently live in. Thanks for the video, Soror. Love the pop of color in your hair!

I got rid of my toxic relationship and friendship beginning of the new year. I have decided to take international travel and go to Dubai in May. I felt I needed to cleanse my spirit and just start new. I also want to join classes. I wish I could also change my appt but I have to sign new lease tomorrow. I will plan to find something for near future. I thought about it few days ago that I have spent 6 yrs in this appt with my ex and I was thinking this place doesn’t have a good energy.
