MsWolfie yes, it’s best to wash your face, toner, and then apply the oil (like the Rosehip oil I used). You can also roll over your moisturizer if you don’t have a face oil or serum. Nothing too greasy though. 🙏💕

As far as double chin, you will see an improvement in the swollen glands/lymph which are located just underneath the jaw, but it will not 'tighten' loose skin. I hope this wasn’t already asked as I tried to read through...as far as the rolling pattern, are you going back and forth with it touching your skin? I know to focus on up and out, but other tutorials make me afraid to even roll it back down my face. Do you just do it with even less pressure? Or do you roll up and out and then pick it up and place it down again to go up?

Hi, I’m only getting back down gently to begin rolling upwards again. I never roll down or put pressure when I am rolling downwards. Hope that helps!

Hello Vinnie, I don't recommend putting Olive Oil on your face, it's a very heavy oil that can possible clog your pores. Vitamin E would be perfect, yes!

Is okay to use jojoba oil which is my everyday moisturizer. Also I read not to roll back and forth move in upward rolls up and downward at the ear to drain the fluid. Also should do you need to wash your face every time before use?

Using the Rosehip Night Serum by MintPear.com or the Rosehip Oil is great with this Roller, because it helps to slide. Sometimes using a serum can be 'sticky' if the serum dries. Hope that is helpful.

I suffer from sever acne and dermatitis. I can tell you this I was avid for serums and creams for so long. I went natural only using rose hip water toner vitamin e oil rosehip oil with vitamin c and green tea and mint made at home in a spray bottle. Helps cool and stop inflammation. I use this rose Quartz every night. And honestly girl my face has made a 180 turn around acne and dermatitis flare ups once every few months now. Best decision I ever made.

Kaitlyn hi there, if you are using the mintpear one, definitely don’t submerge into water. It will rust. Or if yours has any metal pieces, I don’t recommend soaking or getting wet. You can simply wipe with a clean dry cloth and place in the sun to cleanse and activate the Rose Quartz. Some like to set under a full moon to cleanse the crystals energy too, totally up to you. 🙏💕🙏💕✨

I would recommend once a day, is enough. As long as you aren't rolling too hard on your stomach, I'm sure it's completely ok. Always remember to roll lightly and gently. As far as the difference between jade or rose quartz, stone rolling would be the same, the only difference would be the energy properties. 💕🙏🏻

@@Chaobish The BEST way to prevent or STOP MIGRAINES in their tracks is it do a simple breathing exercise called the Cooling Breath Yoga . There are several vids of it here and you do it an a set , which is 9 of them . 5 years ago i had such excruciating migraines ... worse than any migraines i'd ever had before , that i actually thought maybe i was having a brain aneurysm . It was in the middle of the night and didn't want to call an ambulance ; that's how bad it was ... but something told me to see if there was a yoga to get rid of migraines . After doing the first set of 9 , i could feel it starting to go away a little bit ... so then i did 9 more ... wow , a big difference ... and for good measure did another 9 ... fell asleep right after that and woke up feeling pretty good . It's also called the Cooling Breath yoga because it can help cool you down when your body is overheated .

@@Chaobish also one of the channels that dose of pretty good job explaining this is , i think it's called Ventuno Yoga ...titled something like " how to cool down the body " ...i feel when you are drawing in the air you have to make a sucking sound really strong as i think that brings in the cooler air which hits a nerve in the back of the throat ... the first time i did it and it worked i did not sit in a yoga position .. i was sitting on the edge of the bed with my feet hanging off ... so i don't think sitting in that yoga position is an absolute must . What do make sure that when you exhale it is through the nose with the mouth closed .

G C Renoir yes, a lot of the benefits happen internally, draining the lymph, releasing toxins and also strengthening the facial muscles. The lift happens with continued use as the facial muscles are strengthening in the correct direction. 🙌🏻🙏 using a serum will definitely help and also makes it easier to use as well. Hi Kiara and Riley, they both have different healing properties depending on how in-depth you want to get into it. The Rose Quartz does also get warm when you use it. Any genuine stone will be cold to the touch and then warm up. Both are great for massage and lifting the skin. Rose Quartz is infamous for bringing clean positive energy and self love. ❤️ 💗 💘💖
