Well, this isn't a very instructive video - aside from the crucial steps being out of focus, Susan simply left out the most difficult step, the attaching of the 2nd end of the toggle, which would need to have the end of the wire passed back through the strung beads and then held firmly while doing the first crimp. I think maybe they need to re-do the video, this time in focus and and having a second bracelet already made up so as to demonstrate doing the second end.
