One thing worthwhile to mention for iPhone 15 users. They can't simply use any USB-C for Carplay as most USB-C cables they have lying around are mostly only for charging devices, not including data transmission.

I have an old car which uses Aux . My iPhone 13 worked fine but now I have iPhone 15 max and it doesn’t work there’s no sound . What to do ?

Does this cord give you issues when making calls I am currently using wired CarPlay and I have been having issues with making phone calls where I can hear people but they can't hear me please let me know if this cord will work thanks.

You can if you have a wireless adapter or a newer car that has Bluetooth CarPlay

I would personally only use a 3ft cable if it's in your car. Unless you want backseat passengers to be able to hold their phones while it plays.
