I’m a musician. I recently did some research on some of the instruments used for sound healing. And I found that harmony balls are good for sound healing. And I was wondering, are Baoding balls the same thing as harmony balls, or are they 2 different things? Also, could I use Baoding balls for musical instruments? I also hear these balls are great fidget tools for those with ADHD or on the autism spectrum.

I know about them from Red Dwarf, had to look up if they are a real thing...
