What i can suggest you... Try to drink charcoal in the morning 1h before your breakfast for detoxing your body. The same in the night. Have you heard about chlorella or spirulina? These are good to for your body. If you start detoxing yiur body, you will see a huge improvement on your skin.
Hi I see your using cetaphils new formula! I’ve used cetaphils daily facial wash for 4 years now and it has been the perfect face wash for me. I have very sensitive, red, combination, and acne prone skin. After seeing the reformulation reviews, I thought about switching to vanicream. Thoughts? Thank you!
I would recommend opting for a gel or gel-cream moisturizer such as CeraVe gel. COSRX Snail Cream could also be an option, but just be aware that there's a chance of a reaction.
I am 15 years old and my skin care is Am- cetaphil oily skin cleanser cosrx 92 all in one cream sunscreen pm- Same routine as morning. I have cosrx aha bha clarifying treatment toner but then I can't use it every day. Is it enough to use only twice a week at night? My skin is combination skin
Hey! 😊 Yes, that's fine. You can adjust the frequency of every skincare product based on your needs and tolerance. Just remember that in the evening, you do not need to use sunscreen. 😊
Technically, yes. Practically, the cream often leads to stinging or even light burning when doing such combinations. I'm not sure why, but if that happens, then don't continue using it. ;)
Washing the face - dot and key hydraulic Japanese and rice water toner - cosrx serum - cosrx all in one cream - sunscreen ( is this the right steps? ) And am i supposed to wear diff moisturizer after using the all in one cream or is it just enough?

@@fationismajli5437 Well, from my experience, most of them do, and I am unsure if I already told you this, but for oily skin, you really do not need to use such products. If you really want to use something, go with a hydrating toner, serum or essence and avoid these creams or lotions.
Hi Melissa I absolutely love all of your videos! I have the centella blemish cream and this snail cream as well. Is it possible to use both? If so how would I go about it? Thank you!!
Yes, this can work (if you feel the need/like that combination). Use the Snail cream at first and then follow with the Blemish cream. Like so: How to use COSRX Centella Blemish Cream: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pdH0JplXnPw.html
@@MelissaVanDijkTheSkinDiet Do you think its better to try COSRX Hyaluronic Acid Cream or these two together COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence and COSRX Snail Mucin 92% Repair Cream? I have sensitive normal to dry skin
@@FarzanehKia-t6x I prefer the COSRX Hyaluronic Acid Cream; however, do not apply it to 'damp/wet skin'. Simply pat your skin dry after cleansing, and if you use other products, let each one absorb fully before moving on to the next.
Yes, yes, and yes. Although many people experience stinging with this formulation when it's combined with other products, I am unsure what is causing it. So, if you have sensitive skin, it may become an issue.
Hi Melissa! I wanted to ask you which product is better for my combined skin and enlarged pores, the all in one snail cream or the mucin essence. Thank you!
For combination skin and enlarged pores, the COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence may be a better option. This is because the essence has a lightweight, watery consistency that is easily absorbed into the skin, and it contains 96% snail mucin extract which can help to improve skin elasticity, reduce the appearance of pores, and balance oil production.
The snail cream and the snail mucin have the same effect of hydrating the skin and the same benefits ,,if i have the snail mucin i should also buy the snail cream ??🙂🙂
Both the Cosrx snail cream and snail mucin contain snail secretion filtrate as their main ingredient, which is known for its hydrating and skin-repairing properties. However, they are formulated differently and may have some additional benefits. The Cosrx snail cream is a moisturizer that contains snail secretion filtrate along with other ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and shea butter to provide hydration and nourishment to the skin. It also has a thicker texture, which makes it ideal for people with dry or dehydrated skin. On the other hand, the Cosrx snail mucin is a lightweight serum that contains a higher concentration of snail secretion filtrate. It is designed to be applied before moisturizer to boost hydration and improve skin texture. If you already have the snail mucin and it is providing you with the hydration and benefits you need, you may not necessarily need to purchase the snail cream. However, if you have dry skin or want additional nourishment, using the snail cream in combination with the snail mucin may be beneficial. Ultimately, it depends on your skin's specific needs and preferences.
Hii Melissa!!! Can i layer cosrx products like this for my pm skincare routine Cosrx advanced 96 snail mucin power essence -> Cosrx retinol 0.1 cream -> Cosrx advanced snail 92 all in one cream
Yes, you can! :) However, I would probably use the all-in-one cream before applying the retinol, as it has a much richer formulation. Or just leave out your moisturizer.
@@MelissaVanDijkTheSkinDiet ohhh okay tysm for replying 😊 and i think I'll do the same. First cosrx snail mucin all in one cream and then cosrx retinol cream .

Hey sister my skin is very dry For cleanser first I use cosrx good morning low ph gel thn I use this cream after this I use my sunscreen Is it good routine? I follow this same in night just skip the sunscreen part I’m 17 now in April will turn in 18
Yes, that's fine, although the cleanser you're using can be quite drying, especially if you already have dry skin. Have you tried that routine already? If so, how's it going so far?
Hello Marina, Most chemical sunscreens are water-soluble. But also, certain Mineral sunscreens are not an issue. And at the same time, it depends on the cleanser you are using; I find some cleansers that are suitable for normal to oily skin even do an excellent job in removing them already. So the easiest way is really to test it. Also, all the ones that I am showing remove easily with a daily regular cleanser. What sunscreen do you use 🤔?
Hi Melissa. Thank you for constantly educating us. Could I please ask if I can add retinol to this? I use the Inkey List retinol right now. Does it go before this cream? Thank you so much.
I haven't tried that particular cream, but you can combine them. If the consistency is lighter, use it before; if it's heavier, use it after. However, if they don't layer well, consider using them at different times.
Hello Melissa, Ive just found your page as im trying out the all in one cream and have been trying to research on how to use it best. I use A.C. care Bee's pure skin moisturizures and was wondering if i can use these moisturizures together with the all in one or if i should mix and match day and night? I have combination oily skin and prone to hormonal acne and have many acne scars. My primary reason for doing this is that i dont want to waste product, but i really wanted to see what the snail mucin line was all about because my scars are a real insecurity of mine and wanted to see if it helped. Let me know your thoughts!!
Hey! 😊 What about using the All-in-One Cream in the AM and the other moisturizers in the PM? You can alternate between them. Do you have physical acne scars? Are you using any treatments for them?
@MelissaVanDijkOfficial hello! Thank you for replying :)) I will try the cream in the morning then! To answer your question, my acne scars are like dark spots, I don't really have texture. Right now I use some preventative serums (bee's acne spot treatment and Peter Thomas Roth acne serum) as well as physically exfoliating once a week and following up with a hydrating mask at night. Do you have other suggestions?
Can I use Olay day cream in this routine?? I'm new to cosrx products! Olay day cream suites me well.. so wanna layer it with this snail mucin essence and all in one cream! Olay day cream works as all in one and with that if I use this snail mucin all in one will that be a bad skincare routine? ( My skin is dry and acne prone ) sry for such a long paragraph.. 🤕
Hey! :) Use your Olay cream instead of COSRX All In One cream. Or use your Olay cream in the morning and COSRX All-in-One cream in the evening (or the other way around). You do not need two moisturizers.
Hi Melissa, why do my skin feel tight dry after using this cream?? I have dry skin during winters My routine : cleanser ( Cetaphil) Vitamin c ( wishtrend) Cosrx all in one cream. Plss reply...what am I doing wrong??
Hey Melissa! It's me again. In AM- Is it ok to use TO Natural Moisturizing Factor first then, COSRX advanced snail 92 all in one cream then afterwards sunscreen? One thing in my mind rn, does Advanced snail 92 all in one cream is also a moisturizing cream, is it or no?
Technically, you could do that because the Natural Moisturizing Factors are primarily there to repair the skin. Still, I am unsure if you really need to use the Snail cream afterwards; I think it is not needed, especially not for your skin type. But I suggest you test it. 🙂
Is there any issue if we use cosrx all in one cream on completely dry skin as a moisturizer after applying treatment cream? Because I really don't use serum and essense
You would use the essence before. However, I have often noticed stinging when combining it with a retinoid. So maybe best to use it at a different time or wait a bit in between. But you need to test it to figure out what's working best for you.
Hello melissa ! I have oily acne prone skin , can i use this advance snail 96 mucin power essence with the ordinary salicylic acid 2% ? If yes , then before or after the essence?
Hm... have a look at this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nTg8hrEQIvM.htmlsi=O96fB_wnk86tSy4y Basically, after your cleansing step, make sure to pat off the excess water droplets before applying your skin care products and make sure that you're using a cleanser suitable for your dry skin.
The answer depends on the specific Vitamin C serum you're using. Could you let me know which one you use? Also, what other products are you planning to use?
Hi Melissa! If I use cosrx snail 96 all in one cream as the morning routine and Ayurvedic face cream as a night routine Does it affect the skin in anyways?
What do you mean by that? They hide primiarly dehydration so that the skin can recover (if you are suffering from dry skin). But some Ayurvedic face cream may reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and to help brighten and even out the skin tone.
I use snail essence after thermal water, niacinamide, vitamin c, azelaic acid sometimes and snail cream, but my skin is SOOOOO dry with it, idk why? Cause of cream? or the reason I didn't use toner?
How do you apply these products? How often do you use them - daily, in the morning and evening? And what is your inherited skin type: dry, normal, oily, or combination?
You could look into a Peptide, Retinol or even an Exfoliating Acid product :) However, do not use Peptides and Exfoliating Acids together or Exfoliating Acids with Retinol. Keep them separate :)

Wonderful! I just ordered this cream yesterday and really needed to understand how to use it and apply it. You always explain things in your videos so well! I have a small query though. A lot of youtubers who used this cream ( along with the official COSRX site) seemed to claim that you pat the cream in for a few minutes for better absorption rather than rubbing it in.. however this took up too much time. Would it still be okay for me to gently massage the cream instead of patting it? I've also heard a lot of people say that you can't use this cream on its own and you need to add a separate moisturizer afterwards as it can be very drying. I thought since it said "all in one cream" I didn't need a moisturizer afterwards ( when applying at night). Would you think it's a necessary step? Can I use it on damp skin for better penetration or should my skin be completely dry? Edit: I'm a 32 year old female with oily, dehydrated, acne prone skin who lives in an extremely humid climate
Hey! :) Thank you! If you feel fancy, you can pat or just blend/rub the cream over your face and neck. Either way is fine; I always blend my moisturizer over my face and neck, as demonstrated in the video. You can use this cream on its own. This is enough. If it isn't, I recommend changing the moisturizer. There is no point in using two. You can apply the cream immediately after cleansing or additional products that you want to add in between.
@@MelissaVanDijkTheSkinDiet thank you so much Melissa! I'm super excited to try this product out now 😊😃 (P.S. sorry about the huge ass comment with so many questions 😅😂) I hope you have a great day ahead :)
Same question over here, just started using it but it feels drying and yet I really want to use it what can I use in addition or is the drying effect for everyone?
Mine just arrived and i coudnt wait to use it on my face, I don’t remember if my skin was dry or damp when I put it on. But I used it after cleansing my face with the hydrating cleanser by Cerave, my face started turning red and felt tight and itchy. My skin also did that when I started using the cleanser but know it’s fine. (Skin type, sensitive maybe a bit dry, redness) Now I’m curious if my skin just reacts like that everytime I put a new product on and that I just have to use it for a bit to see if it’s really working, or should I stop immediately?
Hey! 😊 Well, it could be just an initial reaction as it's a new product that you're using on your skin. This sometimes happens to me as well, and then after a while, my skin doesn't get red anymore. However, if it continues to happen or if it irritates your skin in any way, stop using it. Also, try to remove the water drops from the skin surface before applying your leave-on skincare products, as applying them to wet (often referred to as damp) skin can lead to irritations.
Hello Melissa, i recently started using cosex all in one cream but after using that my face started to get very red in the beginning after few hours it will be settled down i don't know whether it's good or bad and also for PM routine I'm using this product with salicylic acid i hope this both can go well together

Yes, you can! Just don't confuse it with wet skin. Some "people, aka dubious doctors", sadly show it that way on camera 😕 creating many issues for real users of these products. How to apply Skincare on Damp Skin?: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xNUUUr81rLE.html
Damp skin is recommended by most dermatologists I've watched using this!!!! Also using it with Hyaluronic acid (: damp skin works best for me and I'll even spritz my face hours and hours later and it almost reactivates the product and my face feels moist and hydrated like I just applied it. Little goes along ways...if it's drying and flaky you have used too much.
Heyyy, is it ok if I use the all in one cream with axis y glow serum? Which one should I apply first the glow serum or the all in one cream? If the snail mucin makes my skin dry, can I use a cera Ve moisturizer at the end? Thanks
serum goes first. And if the mucin makes the skin dry, you may use too much or apply it to wet skin. (some people do that because they confuse damp and wet skin)

No, that's not necessary. The all-in-one cream serves as your moisturizer. If it's not suitable for you, discontinue its use and switch to one of Cetaphil's creams instead.
Hello! Do I need the serum if I am already using the Cosrx moisturizer which also contains snail filtrate? I also saw online there's natural glycolic acid from snail mucin so I want to make sure to not over do it/over exfoliate.
Snail secret is a composition of several ingredients also containing glycolic acid but in tiny amounts, not influencing anything on our skin. But layering multiple products with the same ingredient is not needed.
Is this cream good for extremely bad acne prone skin? And can this be my only moisturizer or do I need another as well? Also can this be used with salicylic acid and niacinimide?
What's your skin type? If you have oily skin, I recommend using a hydrating essence or serum instead of a different gel-type moisturizer like The Ordinary NMF + Beta Glucan. What cleanser do you use? Did you apply it just as I showed in the video? Sometimes, people apply it when there's still water on the skin's surface. Yes, the moisturizer is way too heavy; it is meant for dry to very dry skin. But also, the CeraVe hydrating cleanser is meant for dry skin. Essentially, you would need the CeraVe foaming cleanser and snail mucin, or a gel-type moisturizer such as The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + Beta-Glucan.

No, it's the other way around... However, sometimes it is a bit controversial with chemical sunscreen.
