Creatine is one of the most effective supplements on the market. Here's exactly how to use creatine to maximize growth. #shorts #shortsfeed #shortsvideo #shortsyoutube
Hey i bought my creatine yesterday and i pkan to do loading phase like 8 gram per day. So how many weeks will it take it get full muscle saturation with 8 g daily
8 g per day is a lot for your kidneys and gut. 5 gr is already too much. Remember muscles could get bigger and smaller up to time but you only have just two kidneys. The damage could be irreversible.
@@User_ML907 creatine isnt even that good anyways. Taurine, ashwagandha, boron, shilajit etc. are much better and have real health benefits. Creatine just bumps up DHT and ATP production. If you use creatine dose low and rely on other supps.
I did the same thing last week. I was ass pissing for three days. Now that my stomachs have recovered, I'll probably take 5g a day with meals sincerely hoping I don't get the shits anymore.
In France and in Europe you can find a buffered creatine, which means that it does not turn into creatinine (toxic for the human body) when in contact with stomach fluids. It does not require a "loading" phase, it is available very quickly and has an excellent solubility. It has been used for several years. It seems that after the video and according to nobody knows this buffered creatine.
take with a carbohydrate as well. Insulin acts as a carrier for creatine in to muscle cells so a spike in insulin when you take your creatine will also increase intake into the muscle cells
Well u probably want to take it every 24hours so he says choose a time ie 9am, and then take it at 9 everyday. Alternatively u could take it at 6pm but then stick to 6pm to allow for 24hours. Hope this explanation helps
the amount of people that choose the loading phase over a normal scoop a day just goes to show that so many people should exercise patience like any other muscle...
I tried doing the loading phase. I nearly blacked out from a constipation and Im not kidding. Literally my vision went from clear, black, to blue, holding my guts from pain 😢
try using 5g per day or 10g loading phase should be ok..read the instruction too before consume it or ask a doctor about body condition to consume the amount of creatine
Been taking it like 4x a day😂 instructions say to do that for loading but I think my left kidney pain is telling me to chill. So taking vitamin C isn't helping💀
You need to drink loads of water when you supplement with creatine that's why many people have discomfort with their stomach they don't drink enough water!
@@subhojitpatra9909 your creatine wont get out of your body through you peeing since it will get in your muscles. also you need to drink alot while taking creatine so naturally you should pee alot, its completely natural
Bro pls help everyone is saying 3-5 gram but what dose should I take exactly 3 grams or 5 grams per day ?because I have bought MB creatine mono and the scoop is of 3gms

cuz it’s bullshit lmaoo, u been tricked by marketing/advertising, creatine monohydrate is the most researched, safe, and effective product. ur wasting ur money
The Creatine I am talking about is also Creatine Monohydrate but "buffered creatine "in France or in Europe you cannot put a food supplement on sale with false slogans. It is very controlled. The product is patented.
Great vid, find it very helpful to send these to ppl im tryin to help on their fitness journey without inundating them with 20min guides like I had to go through
@@jacobdaley3888 I drink a gallon a day, and I'm 100% sure it was the creatine. Was the only factor I changed. And it went back to normal when I quit creatine. Just be safe and do 5g. I got lucky I have a healthy heart that's normally low 60s and my blood works perfect. If a slightly unhealthy person had same reaction they could potentially have a heart attack or stroke.
Love all your videos man! You have helped me transform my body from an out of shape 205 pound man to a leaner in shape 183 pound animal baby! 😂 keep up the great work! 💪🏻
i've been taking creatine for almost 3 months and almost every time I can't finish my program because of muscle fatigue. but 3 weeks ago I stopped taking creatine, I was slowly able to finish all my programs with more than enough energy afterwards.
Odd. Cant think of a reason why. If its purely energy related it could be inadequate nutrition. If creatine is stimulating Dihydrotestosterone production and the holding of water in muscle, energy expenditure will inherently go up as a result. So in theory if you took any kind of muscle stimulating supplement (ashwagandha, creatine, boron, taurine, theanine etc.) but calorie intake was unchanged, you could receive negative returns.
I take 5g every day. I thought it only takes 3 days to saturate your muscles though. Good to know it's actually 2-3 weeks! If I miss a day I notice that I will lose a lot of liquid (have to pee a lot) 😆
if taken 5gm/daily saturates in 3-4 weeks, then why csnt we take a break off for 4 weeks till creatine backs to normal and then again start the cycle? I am a newbie so if anyone cares to explain me this Insights: 1) One of the influencer was taking creatine since 1 year and his creatinine level came out to be above upper limit and then he took 1 month off then it was indeed high but within the range. 2) Through the Podcast of beer biceps with trainer of Indian Cricket Team and trainer of some muscular Bollywood actors. One of them recommend to cycle for 1month on- 1 month off and other recommend for 2 month on-1month off.
You can cycle every 6 month than rest one month or one year one and one month off. 2 month on 1 month off also good approach. This cycle help to get max from creatine and feel the supplements work it.
For the loading stage another side effect is the potential increase in liver activity so you may need to take a break sooner than taking it at lower doses daily
Been working out most of my life. I never took creatine before. I just finished my first week doing the loading phase and I was surprised because I didn't get any of the negative bloating or stomach discomfort
I like taking it in the morning because it forces me to drink water throughout the day. I’m most dehydrated when I wake up so by taking it in the morning my mind is gonna be programmed to hydrate all day.
Obviously everyone is different but I only a take a 2.5 gram capsule right before I work out with a cup of water. This has seemed to build up my muscles and reduce recovery time. I think less can definitely be more in some cases and it’s good to not over work your liver. 👍
Just began the loading phase three days ago. No real discomfort, aside from some mild burning in the stomach at time of consumption. Four more days of 20 grams then 5 per day afterwards. I find taking the 20 grams at once is easier mixed into yogurt.
Is it true that combining creatine with caffeine (ie in preworkout) renders it useless? My pwo has it in already but I started taking extra on its own after the workout in my protein shake just in case
mmm I'd say for timing, best before dinner hours so that you're properly hydrating rather than taking it late and then going to sleep and obviously not drinking while sleeping
my first tune ever on creatine and I Take 30g a day no stomach discomfort whatsoever but it helps me drink alot more water and pee more often (pee clear) . felt results start by the 5th day . after loading phase of 7 days I'll start lowering my daily dose to 15g a day .
Just a question can i divide it into 2 portions , 2.5gm in the morning after a set and another 2.5gm at night after my second set, i do gym twice a day , morning and at night....
@@Lakers7777 obviously it does. I think you are misinformed. Weightlifting temporarily raises blood pressure. Creatine was unnaturally raising my blood pressure. I went from 139/107 when I was taking it, to now 120/70 since I’ve been off of it. Everybody’s body isn’t the same.
@@ayeguyo9295 Maybe it wasn't creatine? Maybe a greater salt intake? I've had some changes with my bp also, went from 130/80 to 110/60. But I still don't know what did that
There’s been concrete research demonstrating the loading phase isn’t as effective as mentioned. What’s the rush my microwave mentality people, just have some patience. A couple of weeks isn’t going to kill ya
the answer is not, you should use your creatine and go for a workout. I did bought a creatine monohydrate from MyProtien's Product and it says " Get more from yout workout" So basically if you didn't go to gym or workout but still consuming a creatine which is useless. Hope this clear for you :) Enjoy the process
So, I’m relatively new to the gym, new to creatine. I’ve been told different things by different people. Should I be taking it with my pre workout? Or should I take it with my protein shake after the workout?
