How can i get this plugin?

for some reason when I try and select curves manually it wont select them. I have 3 simple circles drawn right in a row and I click the first one fine but it wont allow me to select any other lines. Any thoughts?

Hello , could u please tell me how could i get these plugins u got ? I need help i got a gradaution project to submit soon and i need these to help me create easily wall designs , and i went to some programers they have no idea , am also concerned that i should have 2017 to get these plugins or is it okay if i got the older version 2016 sketchup? Are they free or i should but them ? And if i should buy them online where could i buy them or if they're free could u tell me where could i get them please ?
