How to Use DS1 with PS5 ?

Press and hold the volume + button of DS1, and then connect it to the USB-C port on the front of PS5. The indicator light starts to flash.
🎮Go to Settings ➔ Sound ➔ Audio Output and select Output Device and select "Fosi Audio DS1" to use.

it's a scam, the volume is so low that it is practically unusable. I connected my hifiman Sundara to this and I can barely hear anything, they worked perfectly fine connected to the controller

Starting to suspect it's the PS5's fault. I have a similar dongle that power my HD560S without issue from my phone (75% volume is largely enough), but when plugged into the PS5, it's way, way quieter, literally unuseable. Plugged into any other device it's perfectly fine, and on my end too the Dualsense controller is enough to power my headphones (albeit with the volume being pretty high in the settings). So, it could be the PS5 that outputs lower volume via USB for some reason. I've already noticed a huge difference in volume when using a proper DAC too, comparing PS5 -> TV -> Optical -> DAC to PS5 -> USB -DAC, the latter was also way quieter.
