Also I dont know if you knew this, but you can also change modes while dashing! It's even less punishable than blocking, all you have to do is dash, then quickly hit either m1 or m2, then press r (or ability key)
its a good tip but it ends up wasting your stamina depending on your mode. maybe if you're in whirlwind it's fine to do because of the low stamina consumption, but on a mode like flicker (maybe smash) it would end up putting you at a disadvantage because you're at like half stamina bar just from a dash
This is such an understatement you know? Any move that can't be interrupted with a punch can be used to change styles. For example, doing an m1 + m2 in a combo can change to smash mid barrage, but it needs extreme training to do perfectly

3:45 if you don’t wanna hold block you could also side dodge and press the mode switch button during the dodge to change to it ( side dash -> space/m1/m2 -> r or mode change )
i got freedom from my first legendary. i had a hard time but it became easy for me when i just use flicker and whirlwind anyways i alreaddy know those tip before this video got posted . anyways its kinda a great video for beginners using freedom please make more of this content loved it (when your bored i reccomend use whirlwind to taunt your enemy)

As a freedom user I approve Actually the tech with the block so i can switch modes easily works on mobile btw You just hold block and you swipe your finger over the m1 or m2 button then you can switch freely pin plz?
Tip 4 m1 of smash after landed m1 of another mode 1st way:(useble always) After landed m1 press: block>m2>change style>contine m1 serial 2nd way: block>m2 press change style=>m1(can be used when starting you was in flicker mode) For what you need use m1 of smash? Insane block damage After landed m1 serial of smash you can Use m1 of hitman because hitman m1 have insane damage
Something that you forgot to mention is that when you are on flicker mode and then switch to smash you can trow a smash M2 with the speed and animation of the flicker's M2, and that when you see your oponent dodge you can quickly change to flicker mode to catch them fast and not end up with your block all the way down. As as Freedom main I would say that your guide is really good, altrought i really dont use whirlwind because of its block damage and prefer to be in flicker mode and use smash smash when they have low shield to land a ult on them and win and if i cant get them like that then i mostly use Whirlwind to get a perfect dodge with a swayback, but your guide is good I really like it, you mention techniques like the one to keep sheild and press the buttons to not just trow a random M1 or M2. I would say Freedom haves a semi infinite combo where you can do flicker jabs and as you back away with shield your oponent will trwo and M1 and when they miss it because of the range you will quickly change to smash and land a free M2 and this combination does a lot of damage and if you do it corectly atleast two or three times you can drain up to 50%-65% of their healt down (this technique doesnt work with hitman)
This is my first time getting freedom on max pity, thanks for teaching me about the techniques I've seen in the video. But my opinion on smash, is that, I would usually change to smash the moment my opponent backs off so I, could get on the offensive, all I do is m1 chain my opp then land the usual smash. Then switch to flicker to pressure them again.(Sorry for the grammar, I am quite bad at English, still thanks for the tip My G) ❤🗿

Tip for using charge Most of people don’t know how to use it and think that it’s weak But as a main I got to 81 win streak with only charge (Also since stanima buff it’s even more easier to use and fun if you use it correctly)

Even though its hard to use on mobile, its even more rewarding on mobile compared to PC since the control scheme for mobile makes it really fast to switch modes
