I am logged out of Instagram, and when I try to reset my password, they are asking for the Google authenticator code. I never set up a two-factor authentication unfortunately. How can I get a code?

hi, i have a code i saved a while ago but it doesn't seem to be working so I tried it through the google authenticator and itsays "key value has illegal character" it doesn't seem to like the number 8 & 9. Any ideas?

I can't log into my account.even when i enter 6digit code it keeps telling me i need to check the code again or shows some errors. I couldn't follow anyone on this account for a while untill Instagram disabled my account by mistake for sure.this is the second time my Instagram acc is getting disabled i don't know what to do.i did not post any photo or video of me in my account as well. What should i do? Now i can't login as well (I did not copy the key when i turned the two factor authentication on)

i am able to add account in app i am alsop able to get codes but when i am pasting code in app it dosen't allow me as they are saying that code is not valid any suggestions
