Fat only gets triggered by weightloss or weight gain and this impact your entire body 😊 We aren't designed to just lose fat in just one part of our body. You can depuff your face if you store excess lymph fluid there but not fat 💖

Works on everyone and is for everyone that doesn't sugger from an underlying medical condition 🙂 Needs to be done daily just like brushing your teeth. Easiest way is to simply use your hands to massage your face 💕
Hii!! I wanna ask. How many time we should use jade roller in our routine? And use it before skincare or after skincare? I worry if i use the wrong technique.
A jade roller may not be the best tool to work around the nose as you want to move outward the face and your finger tips/hands will give you easier access doing so 🥰

So real changes happen when you mix them both in the correct order and ratio 🥰
Let's not find dupes for your face and do it right from the start and here's why 😊 A serum is usually filled with active ingredients and is more expensive. You will need to apply more which can be irritating to the skin. Aloe vera dries out quickly as well and can get actually quite sticky which will drag and pull on your skin and we absolutely want to avoid that. So a facial oil, just like on your body for a massage, works best because you are able to finish your skincare with it, lock all the moisture in, and will allow you to seamlessly glide across your face for the best results 💖
No, you will never be able to use fat in only one place of your body, that's not how we work 🙂 You can depuff your face with physical activity and facial massaces as it will improve your lymphatic drainage if you store a lot of excess lymph fluid in your face 💖💖

Thank you for the great tutorial! ❤ Just got myself a roller- in the manual that goes with it, they recommend to massage neck from the shoulders to jaw?? And even put a picture 😮 So are they wrong or both are possible? To me more natural is the way you do it- down to the shoulders, not up I am confused
From what I heard, you can do both for different effects. If you go up, you're uplifting. If you go down (or to the sides and then down) you're helping to move lymph or move fat around.
Let's not try to find dupes as you won't get the same glide and effect 😊 It's like a massage on the body: The more slippery the oil, the better the massage will feel and you will also only need 2-3 drops of facial oil while you need much more product of your moisturizer 💖

I have seen a lot of videos where they say that the roller should be rolled outwards i mean opposite the direction of heart and you're using it towards the direction of the heart is it fine to use it this way..?
