The person used convect bake to cook the salmon and steam to cook the broccoli. I had hoped to learn how to use speed-cook as promised in the title of the video. Do you have a video for that?

Is there a way to not use a keypad option? The “wheel” style menu takes forever to stop spinning and is not user friendly.

But now the salmon is cold by time the broccoli is done. Still, the jmw3034IM is at the top of the list for my new oven

Do I have to use the accessories for the convection? Or can I use my own metal plate or aluminum foil

Just got my microwave but I didn't see the steamer. Was it supposed to be included? What accessories are supposed to be included with the microwave? It feels like I am missing some accessories.

Hello, Au Lu! We have verified, and the unit does not come with a steamer nor accessories. Cooking Items Included: Browning/Crisper Pan, Convection Grid and Turntable. Please contact the store for further information on the steamer. Thank you! -Max
