I recently bought a used Enterprise and I am having trouble with the color swap and the magic wand features. I've watched your video and others on those two features and it seems pretty straight forward, yet my machine will only let me do the first one listed for the magic wand and on the color swap none of the 10 needles are highlighted allowing me to select. Hard to explain but very frustrating. I have a Brother single needle so I am somewhat familiar with the screens but this is really irritating me!
