Excellent tutorial! Thank you for your effort and clear understanding. One minor item - is there a logout or sign out feature once inside of the Meta BM? Is it recommended to open the BM in a separate window from the business page? Specifically, getting into the BM is clear cut, but navigationally it appears to replace the business page in the same tab. I was having difficulty figuring out how to navigate back to my business page and signing out.
Hey mate, Personally, I usually open the MBS in a seperate window. You can also navigate to the business suite from your business page (meta business suite option in the left side bar).
Hi, thank you for your video. There is a new version of the Meta Business Suite. Looks straight forward but I am experiencing an issue - creating a post as per usual but as soon as I add a video it somehow goes to the reel style - copy is no longer there - am I the only one experiencing this - thank you in advance.
Is there a way to get an email when you get a new Facebook / Instagram comment or direct message from meta business suite? I see them all when I sign into Meta Business Suite. But it would be great to get an email notification that I have new messages waiting for me.
Can't seem to find the "post detail" button where you are able to customize the posts for Instagram and Facebook to change eg. hashtags or photo formations? Where do I find it if it don't show?
Please can you tell me how to put caption on each of the photos on scheduled post? The edit section did not provide a space to put caption. And i can’t click on each of the photo to edit like normal either :(

Hi, great video. I have Meta Business Suite and I can schedule posts to my FB page, Instagram and up to three FB groups I run and admin. However the past few days only two of the three FB groups are showing and one is not listed now for me to share to. I am still the owner and admin of the missing group on my Meta Business Suite
Great detailed breakdown! I see there is a “stop communication” button. What does that actually do? I have a banned member who is still commenting on reviews and I’m not sure if that stop communication option would help.

@@StewartGauld Changing the algorithm so that only reels get reach but not implementing a tool to make it easy, is not a good solution. Everything could also be a bit more user-friendly and with less bugs. We are patient :)
Very informative tutorial, thanks ! Just one question, how is possible to take business suite chat link. Before it was possible very easy, but now when I copy of some chat, its doesn't works, link always goes to the last conversation.
Great tutorial! This is so helpful! I'm having trouble posting images when doing both FB & Instagram. I load the images, but it will not let me publish until I change all the images to a square aspect ratio. Is there a way that I can keep the original image shape in FB and allow it to be square in Instagram? I really don't want to have to use all square images in order to use both platforms. Thanks!

Great tutorial! Thank you! Can you please provide any insight into how to link a calendar to the appointment setting that is in the All Tools tab? I've built services, and I've gone through all the appointment settings... but the availability seems to be only M-S general availability... I cannot find any place that I can access / link a calendar that would allow me to block off specific days where I might not be available, or where I have already booked other services outside of FB. I am managing a persons social media for them, in my previous company I used meta buisness suite as I liked that I could schedule posts and do instagram and fb at the same time. If it is a persons social media do you have to create a business account to be able to use meta-business suite?

Glad it was helpful! I would use a Google Calendar or software like Asana or Monday (of other work management tool) that way you can share private boards and calendars with your clients.
Depends. We spend most of our time in the Business Suite (ideal for small business). However, if you are a creator you have more deeper analytics and monitization features. The business suite has more features and I believe soon that the features of the creator studio will be moved over to the business suite. Although, this is still unclear. I hope this helped!
my issue is after I do a draft post on FB/Ig I sometimes wish to edit a bit and for somerason I can not save those edits. This is so frustrating because now I have to total make a new post. Why can't I edit my draft and keep the changes? Thank you.
Hello, when I click to "Shared photos" in my meta page inbox, to show full resolution photo, nothing happened when i click on it, and I dont know how to download that photo because there is no download link. Before few months when you clicked thumb it shows big resolution but now nothing happened, almost dead. It is PC version of meta, android works like a charm.
Few days ago, my page was updated into this certain app. Just having some issues coz the explore button just keep loading and loading. I cannot see updates from my followers and fb friends .

Hello Stewart. This is a great tutorial. I subscribed to your channel. I use MBS on a daily basis however, the one question I can't seem to get an answer to is, how do I send a brand new message to an organization from my business account? I've seen tutorials on how to send a new reply message to someone who sent me a message but I need to send one out to different organizations. I do not want to "create message ad" unless I can send it privately.

when I am scheduling posts for a month, evetime I click schedule a default time is selected I want to change that time , how do I do that? I mean I do not want to type my time everytime, when I click schedule I want automatically it be set to 5am.
