Great video and one of my biggest frustrations when assuring projects (and even tools). I'm constantly seeing subjective RAGs aggregating to a subjective overall (averaging averages). Came across a deployed PPM solution (Clarity) that tracked objective schedule data but the RAG was driven by the PMs feeling and not the Objective data... *6 weeks late on an 8 month project.. yeah we're fine - GREEN.... NO you're crimson red!
