As of 5/16 RSIM V8.10 Will only work on IOS 12.3 You must first take the chip and program the most current ICCID in an Unlocked device bye going to setiings/Celluler/Sim Applications/ Edit ICCID then you can take the chip and use on a locked device once you have programmed the ICCID in the Chip using the unlocked device first!! You must be on IOS 12.3!!!
If your device is on 12.2 you can edit the Iccid to the most recent Iccid and then upgrade to 12.3 and continue through with activation.
RSIM14 V12.3 and Rsim12+ We have a new CHIP on the way that will work with 12.3 without these extra steps being released Via Amazon prime 6/1/2019 !!!!!

First verify you are running IOS 12.2 you must be on 12.2 otherwise this will not work!
1. Insert chip with the sim card you want to use
2.open emergency dialer bye holding power buttons for X,Xs max,Xs,Xr
iPhone 5 -8 Hold the home button.
3. Dial *5005*7672*00# press call
4 select Edit iccid
5. Find the new current iccid from
parrotgeek.com...
Enter this and then press Send
6. Now press okay/Accept and restart the phone continue through to the home screen and you should have service
Chip must remain in the phone at all times!
