Hi murwill1 - Since this ruler was designed to be used with 2.5" strips, it probably won't work the way you image with a 6" square. You can view this trim tool here: www.shabbyfabrics.com/p141789 -Michelle

I think you could make this block from the strips as they show up in your scrap bucket. Make it like a crumb quilt only work in the round and only with stripes. You could square up each round. Project for after Christmas.
