Anyone notice that the Magic Mouse 2 moves at 60hz on the screen? The cursor seems very gittery compared to the ultra smooth trackpad. I move the trackpad and the cursor seems like it is moving at '120hz' or the maximum, but using the mouse the cursor is laggy almost like half the frame rate. Quite disappointed with how 'clicky' and audible the mouse buttons are. I will return the mouse if I can't fix the lagginess. ;(

For the tracking speed, it will be different depending on surface on which the mouse is on. Always set it or adjusted with the surface on which the mouse is gonna be used on. To rename the mouse simply go to Bluetooth settings (Bluetooth preference) When you see the mouse right click on it and you will get the options RENAME, DISCONNECT and REMOVE.

my Magic Mouse went a bit mad when I first got it. It slowly let me do features 1 by 1. It's so good once you get used to it.

Once you use the mission control, you really can't go back. I actually clicked on this vid looking to make sure it has some mission control access on it lol. It just feels amazing to use. Though I wish it was the three finger swipe up and down like it is on mac. I still can't get over how fluid it feels...

The “disable trackpad while mouse is connected” setting is for when you’re using a mouse and the laptop’s built-in keyboard. If you rest your arms on the laptop while typing it could cause some input on the trackpad creating some quirky situations.

Thanks so much for this! I normally use my iPhone for everything, but recently got a MacBook Air with a Magic Mouse and felt like a stranger in a foreign land. This got me back on track again.
