How to Use the KitchenAid Pro Line Dicing Food Processor | Williams-Sonoma 

This works very well for dryer vegetables like carrots, cucuber, potatoes, beets, etc... But it does NOT dice onions or tomatoes or anything juicy, it just squashes them instead. These work if you slightly freeze them first, but won't work at all if the food is frozen solid. So maybe 1.5 to 2 hours in the freezer, but not more than that. It can be useful if you're cooking for 12 people, but otherwise it's just too much trouble and it's actually faster to dice those juicy veggies by hand.

I would love one of these. Hope they come to Australia.

I love how they set aside the dice kit and say for easy cleaning it is so hard to take apart each time.....

i just recently bought the pro-line 16 cup with die cast metal base but i dont know how to separate the dice kit. I'm about to return it back. Are you able to post a video on how to? thanks

It nice to see this video in English spoken so we know what being said instead of other languages, and it would be nice the video was made longer show more things with this machine if not on long enough.

I wish that they demonstrated more functions especially dough kneading or mixing or chopping or purreeing. You get the gist of dicing really fast.

I bought one extra dicing kit 12 mm is bether then the 8 mmm istto small.

Would this be capable of dicing root vegetables as well? i.e. beets, carrots, sweet potatoes?

I have this,but have to say the dicer is disappointing,carrots,swede,parsnips,all jam up in the slicing blade. I've watched every video and they usually demonstrate with softer veg like courgette and onion. Also the dices are too small,hopefully KA will come up with a larger dicing part in the future.

I have this, and never use it (bought a smaller Keenwood processor). It's is beautiful, but terribly heavy, too big (uses sooo much space), and a pain to wash. I would love to see these two women washing the dicing device...too much work.

FOR THE AMOUNT THAT THIS COST... I EXPECT IT TO BE PLASTIC FREE!!! COMPLETELY PLASTIC FREE!!! BPA FREE WELL THERE ARE "GENERIC" VERSIONS OF THIS BPA... FOR EXAMPLE BPS!!! AND OTHER!!! YOU CAN NOT TRUST ANYONE!!!
