Overall, the setup of your AM and PM routine looks good. You can choose an SA serum and then leave it on the skin or rinse it off after 15 minutes or so...kind of like a mask. This way, you can use a non-exfoliating acid cleanser in the AM and PM. If you have oily skin, I recommend choosing an HA serum; if your skin is more on the dry side, you may enjoy a gel or gel-cream-like moisturizer. How often you can use Niacinamide and SA depends on your skin tolerance, so you have to test it. Still, in the beginning, I would use Niacinamide in the AM and SA in the PM. If your skin tolerates it well, you can also choose to use them together. As for blackheads and whiteheads, you may also want to extract them with an extraction tool. For your shaving bumps, I recommend switching to a hair trimmer/electric razor instead. Like the ones you use to shave your head hair. This is what works the best for my husband.
