@vijisakthi4784 I would research if there are any in person trainings near you, or there are a lot of really good online ones. I'm going through GOLD Lactation Academy which is the entire educational requirement and prep for the IBCLC track and test. It's like 110+ hours self paced and I definitely recommend it. But it is quite expensive, so if you can't shell out that much money right now you can look for classes to be a lactation educator which will get you some baseline training, usually a few hours like 1 or 2 days. If you're on Facebook there are a lot of good groups connecting people just getting started and those in the industry.
