WE bought it today. How do you assemble the fix and remove the Juicer mesh from the Centrifugal Juicer. How the parts of Centrifugal Juicer are to be cleaned. It is so tightly fixed that we are hesitant to apply force.

Few issues wish to highlight for better next product for Usha Team 1. Flask those are not transparent should at least have transparent lid so that we can monitor the processing . 2. No dicer blade???Its available in most overseas food processor, and not in India~~very strange. 3. The blades are not very efficient

Hello ~Team USHA. I purchased this product last week. While this processor does well on all the fronts, I am very disappointed about its performnace in grinding daily masalas. This is my first food processor. My wife have always used standard mixer grinders. Is it wrong to expect standard masala grinding performance from a food processor? Had I known that Food Processor aren't good when it comes to grinding daily masalas I would have never buoght it. Because thats the main purpose of having it among others (For me!). Has anyone experienced same? Would appreciate any help/suggestions..

i have a usha 3811 food processor and i love it its sleek sturdy and powerful .........but i miss a very useful attachment as it is not having a medium shredding blade like 3810 instead it is having coconut grating disc, i don't get it why such basic requirement is removed can that be arranged separately ?

I just unboxed mine today. Made milkshake, spices and all.. but, I am facing a problem. On the very first day, my multipurpose jar (wet and dry grinding) got stuck on the base, and even though the motor is working fine and the blade is moving well, I cannot unlock the jar from the base and take it out. It is not rotating. Please, help.

it misses on the dicing part. why there is no dicer. dicing and kneading is everyday requirement. only if it has dicing, it would be perfect FP.
