What is vitamin d?
Vitamin d is a fat soluble vitamin that is responsible for many biological processes in the body.

It works to help hair grow by triggering the hair follicles to enter the growth stage of the hair cycle.
15% of the hairs on your head are in the resting phase and the other 85% are in the growing phase.
If your vitamin d is low the number hairs in the resting phase may be higher.
Low vitamin d is associated with many different types of hair loss such as alopecia.
What are the Proper level to be at?
Your levels should be between 70-100 for maximum hair benefits!
How can one become deficient in Vitamin D ?
Not enough sun exposure - we all inside all the time
The use of sun screen- thos blocks the rays that our skin uses to convert into vitamin d
Being nutrient deficient- you need other nutrients to make vitamin d and for its proper functioning
How to recover
Get more sunlight _ about 20mins a day exposing your arms, back ,and legs.
Start taking the vitamin d cofactors
Start eating a healthy diet and limit process foods
Tips for healthy looking hair - these are not vitamin d related
Used Jamaican black caster oil or the do grow oil
Get a shower filter like this one (joulie)- chlorine and other stuff found in our water supplement can make hair dry and brittle and prone to shedding.
Take a natural B complex vitamin- one this from (nurticost)

My D was at 23‼️. Now I take 10,000 iu with K2 and magnesium. It’s been 4 months and i am somewhat tired better but can tell my journey will be long. My hair was really thinning and Im really focusing on that ❤❤❤

Do u take magnesium in the morning or before bed?

anytime of day is fine - its best before bed as it can help with sleep but it really doesn't matter that much

@DillanRichardson. thank you i appreciate it. I have most of the things on the list. I will pick up others. Im one month in taking 50,000 IU K2 amd Mag. I also saw on one of your videos you took beef liver capsules. Do you still recommend that.

I hope what your taking isnt doctor prescribed? when starting out i recommend a good multi to give all nutrients the beef liver is after your all cured, and by the way the beef liver is amazing - it take everyday - but for now get a natural multi-

I don't recommend a dedicated supplement for those you mentioned - the multi will give you what you need.
